Q: I just dropped off/ made a payment online but I didn’t get a receipt. Did the payment go through?
A: All payments dropped off or received in the mail will post at 4pm and receipt will generate shortly after. Payments online do take 2 business days to post, once they post a receipt will generate and be sent by email.
