Payments received will be credited between principal and interest, tax and insurance deposits, late charges, etc., with proper reporting to all appropriate parties as required. Property tax and insurance deposits required from the Buyer are spread over time and paid from escrow when notices are received by MSE. This procedure alleviates any hardships of a large lump sum requirement from the Buyer and can be included with normal payments if not a mandatory requirement of the original contract or note.
